We want you to love Nothing 2 Wear. If you're not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or your most recent renewal — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Nothing 2 Wear orders.

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
  2. Request a refund from the order page, or contact Paddle support directly.
  3. You can also email us at support@nothing2wear.shop and we'll help you through the process.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is approved, your Pro access will end and your account will revert to the Free tier. Your wardrobe items, outfits and style profile remain intact.

Subscriptions & cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal on the Pricing or Billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused time outside the 14-day window.
